Canvas Christian Church began in 2015 with Stan Percival as the Lead Pastor. We soon purchased the property at 3560 Browns Bridge Rd. and began worshiping there in January 2016. After several years at that location, we decided to start looking for a new property where we would have room to grow. In 2023, God led us to purchase just over 8 acres at 4680 Settingdown Rd., and we were able to sell the Browns Bridge property to begin construction. While our new facility is under development, we worship together at the North Forsyth High School Auditorium.
We will celebrate our 10th anniversary as Canvas as we move into our new facility on Settingdown Rd at the beginning of 2025. Our new building will allow us to be a church with services accommodating over 500 worshipers each week, and on our first Sunday at our new property, we will be 100% debt-free.
